Challenge

To motivate employees to participate in a workplace flu prevention campaign by encouraging them to get vaccinated against influenza

Audience

Healthy, working adults, mid 20s - mid 60s

Solution

A series of materials (letter-sized poster, an email blast, and break room table tents) raise awareness of the potential severity of the flu, and give information about who should receive a flu shot. The tagline, "Flu Prevention Starts With YOU" in conjunction with visuals of silhouetted people, frame flu as a community health issue, and flu prevention as an individual responsibility. Simple, easy-to-read tables with dates and times inform employees of opportunities to take advantage of a free vaccination clinic.
